Of Counsel Attorney

Monica received both her J.D. and LLM in Taxation from New York Law School.  Barred since 2011, she has broad exposure to contracts, permitting, licensing, insurance, IP, and real estate issues. Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Monica has owned and run a start-up film production company with a friend since 2012. Her first love is small businesses, and the myriad of technical, operational, and legal legwork it takes to keep things running smoothly.
